Phase one, the Design Phase:
The designer takes all the ideas, sketches, and information discussed before hand and creates a preliminary design. Then a meeting is held and changes are made to the preliminary design until the client arrives at the perfect set of blue prints to their new custom addition or remodel.

Phase two, the Technical Phase:
The final design is prepared and sent to the truss company if needed. During the three or so weeks the typical truss company takes to create a truss design and layout, sections and a foundation plan are created if it is necessary for the remodel. Once the truss design arrives, it and the plan set engineered for lateral and gravity loads. After the average two weeks in engineering the plan set is put together, stamped, copied and delivered to the client or the clients contractor as a finished complete custom home blue print set ready for permit submittal and construction.
